Kristen received her M.S. in nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and is currently training to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. She was also recently accepted into Dr. Aviva Romm’s Women’s Functional and Integrative Medicine Professional Training Program where she will dive deeper into the root causes of some of the most common ailments among women’s health and learn how to treat them taking a holistic approach.
Kristen is passionate about empowering clients to take back their own health through discovering what it is they truly, deeply want for their health, and provides them with the tools needed to get there. She believes no two paths to overall wellness are ever the same and takes a personalized approach to crafting wellness journey’s for each of her clients.
Kristen lives on the North Shore with her husband and daughter, is an advocate for local, sustainably grown, organic foods; and some day dreams of having her own farm, but for now will settle for a few small raised garden beds and a couple of chickens.
